Kelley is an ICF-certified transition coach. 

She leverages her 10+ years of experience in technology as a product manager and UX designer across healthcare, e-commerce, and marketplaces to provide coaching and consulting to career seekers. Kelley spent over 8 years working directly with founders in Series A-D companies through publicly traded companies. 

She has been working with and teaching the Enneagram for over 15 years and has completed her Part I teacher training through the Enneagram Institute and is working towards Level 1 iEQ9 Accreditation through Integrative 9 Enneagram Solutions.
